Wow...todae is my tiring but fun dae!! wan to noe wad happened to me todae? get ready!!
Todae i woke up at ard 7am..cause i hav a sudden urge to jog...O.o i forced my fren to go jogging wif me..n go to the gym after the jog...crazy huh? well i went out in my tired state while waiting my fren at the fitness corner...after that we did some stretching some excercises..and OFF WE GO!! ps the jog will be frm Hong Kah Primary School to (listen to this) JURONG POINT!!! well it was my fren's crazy idea though...but hey...I NEED TO TRAIN UP MY STAMINA!! so i decided to give a try...we started jogging at a slow pace...wow...halfway we decided to rest for awhile...a pitstop for us...gosh...i was sweating like a crazy dog...but we were onli at...make a guess people...chinese garden...after all that running,onli at chinese garden? wth...after abt 5 mins,we continued jogging...and this time all the way to jurong point...and the total time taken...1hr...LOL!!! and after that we hav to meet wuf my fren's fren...o.o...we meet them up at jurong point n after that we went to the gym located at the jurong east stadium...and at the same time,my legs were like cramping up..argh X.x...but i noe i hav to discipline myself...we got into the gym...and i got the shock of my life!! wow the gym was like big and the machine was like new...and ps it was like a bit heavier than i usually do at bukit gombak gym or choa chua kang gym...but that feeling of making me to work my body to the limits was fun...hehe!! i am crazy!! and we stayed there for like 1hr 30mins...and my whole body was like going shut down and go into hibernation...xDDDD me and my fren who jogged wif me decided we jogged all the way back..frm jurong point to bukit batok....even in our body state like that,we decided to go wif the plan....BUT!! we jogged all the way to lakeside station,and our legs started to cramp...and we decided to take the bus home...or else we hav to drag our legs home...argh!! but to me the jog was an achievement and an added excitement to my life...and after i reached home, i bathe cause i was smelling worse than a pig...and i knocked out for like 3 hrs...darn my whole body was tired...

LOL!! finally i am back people...i hav been so busy wif so many things to take care...school projects, job, and my life...well i hav so many to talk abt...especially the recent river raft competition at clark quey...wadever the place is spelt...LOL!! xDDD
well actually before we went for the competition,i had to get down and dirty to make a raft which will float and fast....and that seriously took abt 3 wks to make...my team had to rush because our team was like the www.lastminute.com...and ps within that time we did not even try the raft if it floats...O.o that raises my eyebrow...well here is the picture of the making of the raft...
A pic wif my frens and the teacher in charge...LOL..and this was taken 1 dae before the actual competition...the process of making the raft was fun...cause our teacher belanja us food..MUAHAHAHA!! well on the actual dae we had even more food...wow!

the competition was fun...cause that was like tons of ppl of there...rafts....girls...LOL!! nah...and i got sun tanned...to everyone who came to the competition on that dae...i was the guy wearing the white and red cap...xDDD
